6:00-6:45 Pre-Ballet (4-6 yr. olds)

To promote each child's Talent, Teamwork and Total Fitness; We build healthy, happy, responsible kids from the inside out!  Gymnastics, Karate, All Star Cheerleading, Tumbling, and Dance build coordination, strength, flexibly and endurance making them a great foundation for all sports.

We also offer Tumble Bus, Moon Walk Rentals, 9 Hole Mini Golf, Fitnastics, Preschool Gymnastics, Birthday Parties and a great place for Kids to have Fun right here in the Heart of Hampton Roads - Suffolk, Va.  We also service families from all the surrounding towns including Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Smithfield, Windsor, Franklin, as well as many from North Carolina.  Thank you all for your support and giving us the opportunity to teach your children and for giving your children the gift of living a healthy and active lifestyle that they will carry with them into adulthood.  You are GREAT parents (and grandparents!!)  We appreciate all of you.
